Retention Head |HealthTech Brand |D2C


Our client, a growing HealthTech brand, is on the lookout for a dynamic and visionary Head of Retention where you will be responsible for overseeing the entire customer journey. The position plays a key role in shaping and executing retention strategies, with the objective of driving a 5-10% month-over-month increase in repeat revenue.

Location: Delhi/NCR

Work Model - Hybrid

Key Responsibilities:

- Retention Strategy: Develop and lead the retention and engagement strategies across all platforms (DWeb, MWeb, and App) to boost customer loyalty.

- Retention Performance: Own the retention rates and repeat revenue for 1000Farmacie, utilizing communication channels such as email flows, campaigns, push notifications, and SMS.

- Retention Channel Innovation: Drive the creation of new retention channels, focusing on transitioning users from mWeb to App, optimizing database performance, and enhancing the loyalty program.

- MarTech Integration: Collaborate with technical teams to integrate marketing technologies and APIs, supporting seamless user migration across platforms.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration & Communication: Work with various internal and external teams (product, tech, customer service, operations, design, vendors) to strengthen retention efforts, while effectively presenting strategies and insights to the broader organization.

Key Requirements:

- Experience & Expertise: Several years of experience in a retention-focused role, with proficiency in marketing tools like Klaviyo, CleverTap, Singular, and Google Analytics.

- Interpersonal & Stakeholder Management: Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence both internal and external stakeholders effectively.

- Technical & Analytical Skills: Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Looker Studio, and a solid understanding of MarTech APIs, events, and running both qualitative and quantitative experiments
