Our client, a leading retail brand in the personal care sector in Delhi NCR, is looking to hire a Retention Manager for their marketing team. The ideal candidate should have experience in CRM, Email marketing, push notifications, and SMS campaigns. Candidates with prior experience in retail stores are preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- CRM Strategy & Campaign Management: Develop and execute CRM strategies, including email, SMS, push notifications, and multi-channel retention campaigns, to enhance customer engagement and retention.
- Data-Driven Insights & Personalization: Leverage analytics and customer behavior data to create personalized campaigns, segment customers, and optimize retention efforts.
- Churn Prevention & Optimization: Design win-back campaigns and implement A/B testing to improve customer lifetime value, prevent churn, and refine strategies continuously.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration & Reporting: Work closely with internal teams, monitor key retention metrics (LTV, churn rate, NPS), and present performance insights to senior leadership.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, CRM, email marketing, or related fields.
- Proven success in developing and executing CRM strategies that drive engagement and revenue growth.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach.
- Excellent communication and project management abilities.
- Collaborative team player with experience in cross-functional environments.
