Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis - FMCG Firm - CA (4-7 yrs)

Our client, an emerging food and beverage brand, is looking for a FP&A Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping the company's financial strategy. Looking for folks with 3-7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis.

Role Objective:

FP&A Manager to lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, offering actionable insights to guide business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive budgeting and forecasting processes aligned with business objectives.

- Analyze financial performance, identify variances, and recommend improvements.

- Create and maintain financial models to support strategic planning.

- Partner with cross-functional teams to understand key business drivers and ensure KPI achievement.

- Monitor cash flow and working capital; suggest financial efficiency strategies.

- Prepare detailed financial reports and dashboards for senior leadership.

Qualifications:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.

- Minimum of 4 years of FP&A experience, ideally in a corporate setting.

- Advanced skills in Excel, financial modeling, and reporting tools.

- Strong analytical and communication abilities.

- Proven capability to manage multiple priorities in dynamic environments.
