Full Stack Engineer - Generative AI Integration (3-6 yrs)

About the Job :

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Full Stack Engineer to join our team and lead the development of innovative solutions that seamlessly integrate with Generative AI models.

In this role, you will play a key role in delivering complex projects from conception to completion, ensuring smooth data flow and driving overall project success.

Responsibilities :

- Lead the execution and delivery of large, complex projects from start to finish, working both independently and collaboratively.

- Champion seamless integration with Generative AI models (e.g Gemini, OpenAI, Claude, RAG) and ensure efficient data flow within the system.

- Drive the timely delivery of all project deliverables, meeting deadlines and exceeding expectations.

- Act as a technical leader within the team, providing guidance, resolving issues, and fostering knowledge sharing.

- Demonstrate a deep understanding of key business and engineering metrics related to performance, quality, and availability, and collaborate to continuously improve them.

- Proactively participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and the establishment of coding standards and best practices.

- Mentor junior engineers, providing guidance on coding practices, code reviews, and overall professional development.

Required Skills :

- 3-6 years of extensive experience in end-to-end software product development.

- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest technologies.

- Proficiency in Requirement/Design/Code Review & Inspection practices.

- Excellent written and oral communication skills for effective collaboration.

- Solid understanding of enterprise-scale technologies and the development of large-scale services.

- Ability to evaluate architectural options (complexity, performance, high-availability, scalability, durability) and make informed implementation decisions.

Required Technical Skills :

Backend : Proficiency in one or more of Python (Django, Flask), Node.js

REST Frameworks : Experience with Fast API

Frontend : Strong foundation in Angular, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS

Databases : Familiarity with MySQL or PostgreSQL

CI/CD : Experience with GitHub Actions or Jenkins

AI : Knowledge of Generative AI models (e.g, Gemini, OpenAI, Claude, RAG) DevOps exposure (a plus)

Containers : Experience with Docker development environment (a plus)

Cloud : Experience with one of AWS, GCP, or Azure
