Manager - Wholesale Credit & Risk - BFSI (2-5 yrs)

The person in this role will evaluate and manage credit risk for wholesale loans given to NBFCs, MFIs, FinTechs, and SMEs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze the creditworthiness of NBFCs, MFIs, FinTechs, and SMEs.

- Perform financial analysis of borrower entities.

- Conduct management meetings, perform due diligence at head offices, and carry out branch visits to assess risk.

- Prepare detailed Credit Assessment Reports (CARs) based on entity evaluations.

- Identify and assess key risk factors, including financial, management, and business risks.

- Stay updated with NBFC regulations and industry trends.

- Monitor the loan portfolio, closely tracking high-risk accounts.

- Have an in-depth understanding of credit evaluation, with the ability to assess market changes and their impact on borrowers.
