Executive - Purchase Order Management

We are looking for a young and dynamic candidate with an experience in Purchase Management, generating Purchase Orders, working with Manufactures, Vendors for Supply and complete coordination of Goods Receipt, MRN, etc. This role also involves working with Purchase Management teams, Senior Inventory teams and Store teams in creating Store Indents and then making a purchase plan based on data analysis.

Role & responsibilities

1. Working with the Internal Store teams on the Store Indents and understanding with the Purchase management, Sr Inventory Teams and analyzing data and then working on a monthly purchase plan.

2. Release Purchase Orders based on approvals and releasing it to the Vendors/Manufactures, etc

3. Following up on dispatch of goods from the vendors, requesting them for LR copies, following up with transport/logistics partners to coordinate and get the Goods to the warehouses

4. Complete the MRN of the stock received at warehouses and distribute them to the respective stores based on their indent

5. Coordinate for any goods return, damages, credit notes, debit notes etc from vendors and internal finance and inventory teams

6. Develop relationships with vendors for smooth functioning of Business

7. Analyze the stock performance vendor wise, MRN vs Sale and present to the management and purchase teams for future purchase planning

8. Work on cutting costs at the logistic expenses by speaking with Logistic partners, etc

9. Ensure the Goods are received on time, and even vendors are following our instructions with respect to the PO

10. Cross checking invoices with respect to POs, reporting any deviations in pricing or stock received, or changes in qty etc

Preferred candidate profile

1. Min 2 years of experience in Purchase Order Management

2. Should have worked with Vendors, have knowledge of Inventory software, MRN, GRN, etc

3. Good knowledge of Inventory management

4. Good communication skills

We are looking for a Candidate based out of Hyderabad and have min 2 years of work experience in similar profile only.
