E-Commerce Executive - Retail/Textiles/Fashion

We are looking for Dynamic & young Ecommerce Executives for our team who will be responsible for the online sales of the brand. They oversee the look and feel of the company website and are responsible for generating sales via online channels. Depending on the role, they have to work with digital marketers, web and software developers who contribute to website traffic, design and structure. Primary KPI is to generate leads and convert them into Sales through digital mediums.

Role & responsibilities

• Manage all online activity in relation to traffic acquisition, sales, conversion and reporting
• Plan the content marketing as per the Social Media Calendar, Content Calendar plan for shoots, live sessions etc and ensure that the products are being presented in the best possible way and they reach to the desired target profiles of customers
• Develop and implement ecommerce strategy in order to improve website performance
• Work with the marketing team or manage digital marketers in order to improve quality and traffic acquisition
• Research market in order to discover new trends and technologies in order to improve website performance
• Analyse various data in order to deliver data driven strategies in order to deliver top performance and achieve kpis
• Develop content calendar and oversee website uploads and landing pages development
• Report on performance on all parameters
• Ensure we have met the Desired planned campaigns, content plans, shoots, postings, etc so that we are in tune to generate the leads as per the plan
• Train sales team to interact with customers online
• Maintain relationships with regular and key customers
• Handle high ticket sales personally and ensure they are converted
• Manage the Online Sales teams, Customer Service Teams and ensure that they provide optimum levels of service to clients
• Create a Sales plan month wise and ensure the Targets are met.
• Coordinate with external agencies for shoots, content development, etc

Preferred candidate profile

• Should have working experience in Fashion Industries or Retail or Product based Company.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Experience managing marketing and Sales Teams
• Experience developing and overseeing digital strong marketing and tech background
