HR Head

The Head of Human Resources will lead and manage all aspects of the HR function across the organization. This role is responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and programs that align with business objectives while ensuring the development and retention of talent. The HR Head will work closely with senior leadership to drive corporate strategy, foster a positive work culture, and ensure the organization's human capital strategy supports its goals.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives, ensuring effective talent acquisition, retention, and development.
  
• Manage payroll administration, performance management systems, and employee relations to maintain a positive work environment.
  
• Collaborate with senior leadership to drive corporate strategy, policy implementation, and growth initiatives.
  
• Oversee sales analytics efforts to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in recruitment processes.
  
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations through regular audits and risk assessments.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 15-23 years of experience in Human Resources or related field (F&B industry preferred).
  
• MBA/PGDM degree in HR/Industrial Relations or equivalent qualification.
  
• Proven track record of success in developing and implementing HR strategies that drive business results.
  
• Strong understanding of administration, corporate planning, corporate strategy, growth strategy, HR budgeting, HR strategy, industrial relations, payroll management, performance management policies making.
