Job Description

1. Lead Generation
Identify and qualify potential clients through online research, networking, and proactive outreach.
Build and maintain a consistent and healthy sales pipeline to support business goals.
2. Sales Execution
Present, promote, and sell company products and services to prospective clients.
Collaborate with the team to craft compelling proposals, presentations, and tailored business plans.
3. Client Engagement
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients to fully understand their needs and objectives.
Ensure seamless follow-ups and guide clients through a smooth onboarding process.
4. Market Insights
Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities.
Assist in shaping market strategies by providing insightful feedback and analysis.
5. Collaboration Reporting
Work closely with marketing and technical teams to align efforts and deliver exceptional client experiences.
Document sales activities and prepare detailed reports for management review.
Qualifications and Skills
Educational Background: Bachelordegree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Experience: 1-2 years of proven experience in IT sales or business development.
Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with Industrial Safety Software is advantageous but not mandatory.
Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.
Motivation: Highly goal-oriented and enthusiastic about achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
