Job Description
- Execute and optimize comprehensive paid media strategies across LinkedIn, Google/Bing Ads, and programmatic platforms.
- Manage substantial monthly ad spend while maintaining and improving KPIs.
- Create and optimize full-funnel campaigns targeting enterprise decision-makers.
- Analyze campaign performance, conduct A/B tests, and leverage data insights to refine targeting and messaging.
- Present performance metrics and strategic recommendations to leadership.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with at least 2 years focused on paid media.
- Proven track record of managing successful LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Deep understanding of B2B buying cycles and enterprise sales processes.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using marketing analytics tools (GA4, GTM, etc.).
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (Marketo, HubSpot, or similar).
- Data-driven approach to optimization and budget allocation.

- Must be able to work Eastern Time Zone hours.
