Need Service Coordinators in Janakpuri, Delhi

We urgently need 5 nos. electrical B.Tech and Diploma Engineers for a job of Service Coordinator based at west Delhi to coordinate electrical switchgear complaints with regional service engineers, Field Service Engineers & Authorised Service Centres for products ( ACB, MCCB, LV panels, RCCB, RCBO, MCB, EV Charging solution, contactors, bus-trunking, protection relays, capacitors, Home Automation, etc.)We need both Service Coordinators and Helpdesk Engineers for Legrand (www.legrand.co.in) range of products to give technical support to customers based in Delhi. We will train you on switchgear and other range of Legrand products. In this role you will be reporting to Service Manager and will be responsible for executing service work according to work instructions and in accordance with Legrand standard processes, quality standards and safety guidelines. You will work on the best in class CRM system (salesforce.com) for recording the details.

Role & responsibilities

• Understanding technical details of product failure, analysing and discussing solution with service engineers and quality team.
• Working on CRM to manage day to day operations
• Coordinating with service centres, customers and field service engineers
• Daily monitoring and executing service tasks
• Contributing to customer satisfaction by executing service work according to customer expectation and within specified time frame
• Coordinating with different logistics ensuring that all materials, parts and equipment are available on time
• Providing suggestions to management to improve operations and customer service
• Religiously applying safety rules and safe practices as well as environmental responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

• Qualification : B.Tech / Diploma ( Electrical )/ B.VOC (Power Distribution Management)
• Working Experience : 0 to 5 years in electrical field (Freshers can also apply)
• Computer knowledge
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
