What will you drive?

• Sales and Customer Engagement: Actively drive warranty sales by engaging directly with consumers at dealership sites. Build and strengthen relationships with channel partners (second-hand car dealers) to encourage referrals and maintain a credible presence on-site.
• Target Achievement: Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets for warranty services through effective, on-the-ground consumer engagement and tailored sales techniques.
• Product Expertise: Become a product expert with a deep understanding of Cars24 warranty offerings, coverage details, and claims processes. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor products to maintain a competitive advantage.
• Customer Support and Follow-up: Guide customers through the warranty claims process, answer inquiries, and foster strong, long-term relationships. Regularly follow up with channel partners to ensure customer satisfaction and gather feedback for potential product improvements.
• Data Reporting: Collaborate with the sales team to refine pitches, enhance product offerings, and improve customer experience based on feedback.

Who are we looking for?

• A proactive, customer-focused sales professional with at least 3 years of experience, ideally in automotive sales, motor insurance, warranty sales, or consumer services.
• A self-motivated individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working independently in a field role.
• A Bachelors degree holder with a passion for the automotive industry and a readiness to work on-site across various city locations.
