?Project planning-Develop comprehensive project plans for assigned tracks and ensuring their successful execution.
Manage cross-functional teams, foster effective collaboration and ensure all stakeholders are aligned towards achieving project objectives.
Mentor and groom a team of analysts, fostering a high-performing culture.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting Track and report on project milestones, provide regular updates to stakeholders, monitor progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions as needed to ensure project success.
Financial Analysis Monitor budgets, evaluate financial impacts, and assess the cost-effectiveness of solutions during project execution.
Stakeholder Management Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior executives, delivery teams, sales teams, and external consultants. Effectively communicate initiative status, risks, and opportunities, while managing expectations and fostering stakeholder alignment.
Ensure timely completion of projects and initiatives to meet desired outcomes.
