Areas of Responsibility:

Project planning and execution:

- Develop comprehensive project plans for assigned tracks and ensuring their successful execution.


- Define the scope, objectives, and deliverables of initiatives, as well as create detailed timelines, allocate resources, and manage budgets to achieve project goals effectively.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Work closely with the initiative analyst, Infosys delivery team, and external consulting firms to ensure seamless project planning and execution.


- Manage cross-functional teams, foster effective collaboration and ensure all stakeholders are aligned towards achieving project objectives.

Leadership and Development

- Mentor and groom a team of analysts, fostering a high-performing culture.


- Align team members with organizational goals, encourage professional growth, and promote accountability and excellence within the team.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting

- Track and report on project milestones, provide regular updates to stakeholders, monitor progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions as needed to ensure project success.

Financial Analysis

- Monitor budgets, evaluate financial impacts, and assess the cost-effectiveness of solutions during project execution. Ensure financial accountability while delivering strategic outcomes.

Stakeholder Management

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior executives, delivery teams, sales teams, and external consultants.


- Effectively communicate initiative status, risks, and opportunities, while managing expectations and fostering stakeholder alignment.

Innovation and Problem-Solving

- Cultivate a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.


- Encourage creativity and out-of-the- box thinking, identify and implement innovative solutions to address complex problems, driving value and organizational growth.

Delivery Excellence

- Ensure timely completion of projects and initiatives to meet desired outcomes.


- Conduct post- implementation reviews to capture lessons learned, leveraging successes and failures to improve future initiatives and drive delivery excellence.

Knowledge, Skills required for the role:

- Knowledge: Understanding of industry dynamics and market trends. Extensive knowledge of business operations, strategic planning, and project management methodologies.

Skills: Strategic Thinking, Strong leadership and team management skills. Effective communication and presentation skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
