Roles and Responsibilities :

- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager Strategic Initiatives to drive business operations across Elucidate.

- This role will encompass a broad range of responsibilities, including executing Go-to-Market (GTM) operations, managing business processes, and executing high impact programs that support the company's growth objectives.

- You will play a critical role in aligning cross-functional teams, optimizing operational workflows, and ensuring that strategic projects are delivered on time and within scope, ultimately driving revenue and operational excellence.

- In this role, you will collaborate closely with senior leadership, product, GTM, and customer success teams to streamline operations, define success metrics, and ensure seamless execution of business strategies across the company.

- This is a high impact role that requires a blend of operational acumen, strategic insight, and leadership to ensure the company's long term success.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead strategic projects to drive revenue, efficiency, and growth, ensuring alignment with company long-term objectives and on-time, within-budget delivery.

- Optimize Go-to-Market strategies by coordinating with product, sales, and leadership teams to support market expansion and revenue goals.

- Design and implement scalable processes for seamless operations across all departments, continuously refining them to enhance efficiency and eliminate bottlenecks.

- Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and improve communication.

- Establish and track KPIs for operational and strategic initiatives. Regularly report on progress, identify gaps, and make data-driven decisions to optimize project outcomes and revenue impact.

- Identify and mitigate risks in strategic projects, creating contingency plans to handle challenges.

- Ensure effective allocation and utilization of resources across projects. Enhance team performance, streamline operational workflows, and optimize budget usage to maximize impact and meet company objectives.

- Drive continuous improvement by analyzing outcomes and refining processes to enhance efficiency and innovation.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or related field.

- A combination of Biotechnology and an MBA or equivalent advanced degree is highly preferred.

- 3 to 5 years of experience in business operations, strategic project management, or a similar role within life sciences, healthcare, or technology industries.

- Proven track record of successfully managing and executing large scale business operations and strategic initiatives that drive revenue growth.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate teams.

- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities, with experience in defining KPIs, managing operational performance, and driving eciency.

- Proficiency in business operations tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project) and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Lean).

- Ability to manage ambiguity, navigate organizational complexities, and achieve operational success in a fast-paced environment.
