Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support through phone calls, emails, and chats to resolve customer queries and concerns.
  
• Handle customer complaints in a professional manner, escalating issues when necessary to ensure timely resolution.
  
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using our internal system.
  
• Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex issues that require coordination across multiple departments.
  
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using CRM software for sales orders, returns, exchanges, etc.
