Day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Enhance customer experience in managing their business travel
2. Build and maintain relations with travel partners to ensure an excellent travel experience for customers.
3. Answer and resolve customer concerns about reservations, travel, promotions, and the company via phone, email and text
4. Maintain a friendly, courteous, professional, outgoing, and customer service-oriented mindset throughout all interactions with customers
5. Resolve all inquiries that require research or additional information by utilising the appropriate resources and providing timely follow-up as necessary
6. Maintain a good team rapport with various departments and personnel across the company to resolve customer questions that arise pre, post or on-tour
7. Meet or exceed expected performance and service quality goals
