Salesforce Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:.

Lead and manage the implementation of Salesforce platform and other key projects to completion, ensuring they are delivered on-time and within scope and budget.

Engage with internal clients, vendors, and stakeholders, overseeing the full project lifecycle from initiation through to closure.

Collaborate with assigned teams to understand product definitions and feature scope, dand communicate commitments and project-related decisions.

Develop, maintain, and communicate project requirements, plans, and schedules with stakeholders, weekly status updates and deliverables ensuring transparency and engagement throughout the project lifecycle.

Oversee system implementation projects across other departments, with a focus on optimizing business processes and enhancing stakeholder engagement.

Prepare and update RAID and RACI log on a daily basis.

Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues, as necessary, according to the project work plan.

Organize scrum calls to discuss project goals, accomplishments and roadblocks and take necessary actions.

Participate and lead unstructured problem solving with the team and client on issues which arise during the course of a large program.

Enable successful delivery of the client engagements.

Provide guidance and consultative expertise as necessary.

Perform monthly health check in by creating C-level presentation materials to support the communication of program-level status and information for various key stakeholders.

Key Requirements:.

Degree in Project Management preferably Scrum Master (CSM) or any equivalent demonstrated experience in project management.

Must have atleast 3-4 years of experience in managing end to end Salesforce implementations.

Excellent English verbal and written communication skills and experience in a virtual client services environment.

Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment with excellent client management and negotiation skills.

Proven success in building strong working relationships with vendors and internal teams.
