Job Description

The key objectives of this team are :

Accelerate Development: Reduce development time and effort through automated code generation and intelligent suggestions.

Advanced Code Generation: Empower developers with features like auto-completion, code generation, and unit test generation.
Scalable Infrastructure: Build a robust infrastructure to handle massive workloads and support a growing user base.
Cutting-Edge AI: Continuously innovate and explore advanced AI techniques to improve the quality and relevance of code suggestions.

Responsibilities:

Gather and refine large datasets from various sources, including APIs, databases, and files.
Clean, transform, and preprocess data to ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency.
Design, build, and maintain efficient data pipelines to handle large volumes of data.
Implement advanced RAG (Relevance, Accuracy, and Generalizability) techniques for accurate information retrieval.
Develop and maintain RAG models using machine learning algorithms and natural language processing techniques.
Establish benchmarks to measure model performance, including metrics such as accuracy, precision, and recall.
Continuously monitor and improve model performance using data analytics and visualization tools.
Design and implement data storage solutions, including relational databases, NoSQL databases, and data warehouses.
Analyze data and generate insights using statistical analysis and machine learning
Eat, sleep, and breathe techniques in improving developer productivity. You have a knack of suggesting ideas to understand the developer needs and provide creative solutions to improve the developer productivity using AI tools
Participate in the team s on- call rotation to address complex problems in real-time and keep services operational and highly available
Create and enforce processes that ensure quality of work, and drive engineering excellence
Exhibit a customer-first mentality while making decisions, and be responsible and accountable for the output of the team

Core Qualifications:

Total 10 + years of exp with 3+ years of experience in data engineering, with a focus on building data pipelines, implementing RA techniques, and working with large datasets.
Experience with machine learning and natural language processing techniques.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, Typescript or Golang.
Experience with data engineering tools such as Apache Beam, Apache NiFi, AWS Glue, or Google Cloud Dataflow.
Knowledge of data storage solutions, including relational databases, NoSQL databases, and data warehouses.
Familiarity with machine learning frameworks and libraries, including TensorFlow or PyTorch
Experience with data visualization and reporting tools, including Tableau, Looker Studio, or D3.js.
Strong analytical skills with expertise in statistical modeling and machine learning techniques (e.g., regression analysis, classification, clustering).
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with multi-functional teams (engineering, product management)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines.
