Job Description
Explore and evaluate emerging AI/ML advancements, such as transformers, pre-trained language models, and reinforcement learning, for potential integration into applications.
Collect, clean, and prepare large-scale datasets for model training and experimentation.
Conduct rigorous model evaluation and analysis to ensure performance optimization and alignment with church and ministry objectives.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, data engineers, and product team leaders, to ensure seamless integration of AI/ML solutions.
Document work effectively and present findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Must have a definite call of God to this kind of ministry role, with a strong passion for God s Word and depth in the Spirit.
Must be passionate about local church ministry, discipling, equipping and empowering people for Kingdom purposes.
Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
Strong understanding of NLP concepts and techniques, including text processing, machine translation, and information retrieval.
Proven experience in designing, developing, and deploying AI/ML models in production environments.
Proficient in Python and familiar with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
Excellent programming skills in Python and experience with NLP libraries (spaCy, Hugging Face Transformers, etc.).
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to a diverse audience.
