SCOPE While primary responsibilities will be to serve the specific location, additional areas of responsibilities will include serving in ministries that are across APC locations.

ROLE DESCRIPTION As the Head of APC Music, you will be the driving force behind our Music productions and releases, responsible for curating an exceptional worship experience through the creation of inspirational gospel songs. This role goes beyond traditional music leadership; you will have the unique opportunity to lead every aspect of the music production process, from forming talented groups within our worship team to overseeing the entire journey until the final video release.
The responsibilities of the Head of APC Music include but are not limited to the following: 1) Assemble and lead a proficient team of songwriters, musicians, and audio-visual
professionals. 2) Oversee the creative process of crafting compelling gospel songs aligned with the
mission of APC. 3) Conduct thorough reviews to ensure musical and lyrical excellence, maintaining
alignment with the organisations values. 4) Manage audio production for both pre-produced tracks and live recordings, ensuring
top-tier sound quality. 5) Collaborate with the Media team to plan and execute video shoots, coordinating dates
with band rehearsals. 6) Negotiate and manage licensing agreements, partnerships, and collaborations with other
7) Set and meet deadlines for post-production activities, including editing, mixing, and mastering.
8) Coordinate the release strategy, providing chord charts, lyric documents, and uploading master files.
9) Execute post-release activities, including email communications to church contacts and strategic advertising efforts.
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS Proven experience in music production and studio management. Strong leadership skills and ability to coordinate diverse teams. Excellent project management with a focus on meeting deadlines. Alignment to APC s Statement of Faith (see apcwo.org website) A Bachelor s degree (in any field) is required. An advanced (Masters level or higher)
degree (any field) is preferred. Active involvement in local church ministry for a minimum of five years, either in a
volunteer or full-time capacity. Prior experience in working in teams of five or more people, both as a team member and
as a team leader, either in a professional or local church environment. Including the above requirements, preference will be given to (A)those who have
graduated with a 3-year degree from APC Bible College or (B)those who have actively served/volunteered at APC for a minimum of 5 years and have attended all of APC s Weekend Schools.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES At APC we are continuously growing and expanding hence, you will be
required to share in additional responsibilities. Being able to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Willingness to work long hours when required.
