Head of Production - News

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the news production team.
  
• Oversee daily operations of the news department to ensure high-quality production.
  
• Collaborate with editorial, technical, and other production teams for seamless news coverage.
  
• Ensure all news content meets OTNs standards and timelines.
  
• Implement and maintain efficient workflows and production processes.
  
• Manage resources, including staffing and budgeting, for the news production unit.
  
• Maintain a high level of creativity and innovation in news production.
  
• Ensure compliance with all relevant guidelines and regulations.
  

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 10-12 years of experience in the media industry, with significant exposure to news production.
  
• Proven leadership skills and experience in managing a production team.
  
• Strong understanding of news production workflows, editing, and broadcasting technologies.
  
• Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving abilities.
