Sales Development Representative

• Conduct high-volume cold calling and emailing to generate leads and set appointments for the Account Executive team
• Utilize LinkedIn and other professional networks to outreach and engage with potential leads, building a robust pipeline of opportunities
• Research and identify potential clients to create targeted lists for outbound sales efforts
• Qualify leads through initial screening and assessment to ensure they meet the company s criteria for potential sales opportunities
• Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system, ensuring accurate tracking of interactions and follow-ups
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and tactics based on market feedback and results
• Participate in sales training and meetings to continuously improve sales techniques and product knowledge
• Meet or exceed set quotas for calls, emails, and qualified leads on a weekly and monthly basis

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Sales Development Representative, Business Development Representative, or similar role in sales or marketing
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong understanding of sales techniques and the ability to engage and persuade prospects
• Experience with CRM software, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other sales automation tools
• Ability to conduct research and use data to inform outreach strategies
• Self-motivated and results-driven, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred, but not required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
