Job Description

  • We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team
  • This role is pivotal in driving SalesBlinks growth by identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with potential clients, and closing deals that contribute to our expansion and success
  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales or business development, preferably in the SaaS industry, and possess a deep understanding of sales processes and digital marketing strategies

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Effectively communicate SalesBlinks value proposition through proposals and presentations
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
  • Promote the company s products/services addressing or predicting clients objectives
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts, and keep management informed of the progress

Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a relevant field
  • Proven working experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Executive, or a relevant role, specifically within the SaaS sector
  • Proven sales track record and ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise
  • Experience with CRM software and MS Office
  • Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
