We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team
This role is pivotal in driving SalesBlinks growth by identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with potential clients, and closing deals that contribute to our expansion and success
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales or business development, preferably in the SaaS industry, and possess a deep understanding of sales processes and digital marketing strategies
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
Effectively communicate SalesBlinks value proposition through proposals and presentations
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
Promote the company s products/services addressing or predicting clients objectives
Prepare sales reports and forecasts, and keep management informed of the progress
Requirements
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a relevant field
Proven working experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Executive, or a relevant role, specifically within the SaaS sector
Proven sales track record and ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Strong business sense and industry expertise
Experience with CRM software and MS Office
Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management
