Customer Support/Success

• Develop and post job advertisements on job boards like Indeed, Naukri, and other relevant platforms
• Utilize LinkedIn and other social media platforms for outreach and to connect with potential candidates
• Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates for open positions
• Conduct initial phone, video, or in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and facilitate the interview process
• Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future job openings
• Stay current with industry trends, job market conditions, and recruitment best practices
• Work closely with the HR team to refine and improve the recruitment process
• Provide regular updates and feedback to candidates throughout the hiring process
• Assist with other HR tasks and projects as needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role, with a successful track record in sourcing candidates and filling job vacancies
• Strong familiarity with job boards (Indeed, Naukri, etc) and social media platforms (especially LinkedIn) used for recruitment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and hiring managers
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously
• Knowledge of recruitment processes and candidate selection methods
• Proficiency in using HR software and candidate management systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
