Qualifications: * A minimum of 10 years of experience in IT sales, with at least 5 years in a team management role
* Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field
Master s degree preferred
* Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets

* Strong leadership and team management abilities

* Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
