Job Description

B.E. or Diploma Electrical

Role Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets for electrical panels.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the industrial automation and electrical systems sector.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any issues that arise.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products and services to prospective customers.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure that customer requirements are fully understood and met.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
  • Provide after-sales support and follow-up to ensure long-term customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events to promote AEPL s products and services.

Qualifications Skill Set:

  • Bachelor s degree in Electrical Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, specifically in panel manufacturing and sales.
  • Strong technical knowledge of electrical panels and systems.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing client relationships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
