About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Lead Generation Business Development resource to drive sales and business growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in lead generation, business development, and selling Microsoft products, including Power BI, Azure, SharePoint, and licenses.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting:
- Identify, qualify, and generate new leads for Microsoft product sales.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects.
- Leverage tools and strategies such as LinkedIn, email campaigns, and CRM systems to reach potential clients.
Business Development:
- Develop and implement strategies to increase market share and revenue.
- Engage with key decision-makers in target companies to present solutions tailored to their business needs.
- Build long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention.
Sales & Product Expertise:
- Demonstrate deep knowledge of Microsoft products such as Power BI, Azure, SharePoint, and licensing models.
- Provide consultative selling, addressing client pain points with Microsoft solutions.
- Collaborate with technical teams to deliver customized solutions to clients.
Market Research & Insights:
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
- Stay updated on the latest Microsoft product offerings and industry developments.
Collaboration & Reporting:
- Work closely with the marketing team to align campaigns with sales objectives.
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, lead conversion rates, and business growth metrics.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: 5 to 7 years in business development, lead generation, or sales, preferably in the IT/software industry.
- Microsoft Product Expertise: Hands-on experience in selling Microsoft products (Power BI, Azure, SharePoint, licenses).
- Sales Acumen: Proven ability to achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Relationship Management: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting client relationships.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and lead generation platforms.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market trends and develop data-driven strategies.
