Lead Generation Specialist - Insurance (2-6 yrs)

Responsibilities:

- Explain insurance options and recommend coverage to clients.

- Provide quotes, manage client records, and answer questions.

- Suggest policy updates for existing clients.

- Customize insurance packages to suit client needs.

- Generate leads through calls, referrals, and networking.

- Advise on risks and benefits of different policies.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Strong communication and persuasive skills.

- Comfortable with client interactions, both in-person and phone.

- Ability to customize policies based on client needs.

- Knowledge of insurance types (life, general).

Preferred:

- Field sales experience.

- Friendly, goal-driven, and resilient.

- Proven networking and relationship-building skills.
