Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet loan targets for commercial vehicles.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the loan portfolio.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and customers.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to consistently achieve sales targets.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve client concerns efficiently.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute promotional campaigns.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities in the CRM system.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the commercial vehicle loans or financial services sector.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and inspire a team to achieve targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office tools.
- Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the commercial vehicle industry and lending processes.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
