About the Role:
- As a Commercial Relationship Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and fostering strong client relationships.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
- Identify and cultivate potential business opportunities within designated territories.
- Leverage internal and external channels to generate high-quality leads.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to increase market penetration and customer acquisition.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand clients' evolving needs and proactively offer tailored solutions.
- Provide exceptional customer service and timely resolution of queries.
Credit and Risk Management:
- Conduct thorough credit assessments and risk evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies.
- Monitor portfolio performance and take timely action to mitigate risks.
Post-Sanction Activities:
- Coordinate with relevant teams to facilitate smooth disbursement and account opening processes.
- Ensure timely completion of post-sanction formalities, including documentation and compliance checks.
Product Cross-Selling:
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell relevant products and services to enhance customer value.
- Actively promote and educate clients on the benefits of our offerings.
Portfolio Management:
- Monitor the health of the assigned portfolio and take proactive measures to address potential issues.
- Implement effective strategies to reduce delinquency and minimize losses.
Regulatory Compliance:
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and ensure adherence to all applicable laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
Qualifications:
- Graduation or Post-Graduation from a recognized institution.
- Proven track record in sales and relationship management, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of commercial banking products and services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in financial analysis and risk assessment.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented
