Sales Head (AAC Blocks)

Job Overview

The Sales Head will spearhead the companys sales efforts for AAC blocks, focusing on achieving revenue targets, expanding market reach, and leading a high-performing sales team. The role requires extensive experience in sales strategy, customer relationship management, and an in-depth understanding of the AAC industry.

Role & responsibilities

• Develop sales plans and strategies for the AAC block product line, identifying growth opportunities in new and existing markets.
• Lead, coach, and manage the sales team, setting performance standards and ensuring achievement of individual and team goals.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key clients, fostering loyalty and repeat business through excellent customer service.
• Monitor market developments and competitors to refine sales strategies and remain competitive.
• Collaborate with other departments, including production and logistics, to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and present sales performance reports to executive leadership, including analysis of revenue trends and market positioning.

Preferred candidate profile

• Education: Bachelors degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field; an MBA is preferred.
• Experience: 18+ years in a senior sales position, with experience in the construction or building materials sector.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of sales performance metrics.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and strategic thinking skills.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills for high-stakes sales interactions.
