Territory Sales Manager - Karimnagar

Role & responsibilities

• Manage, train and motivate existing sales team to drive revenue growth for the area
• Develop efficient and creative sales and marketing strategies for the assigned territory and target setting for the sales team
• Monitor sales team performance, analyzing sales data, periodical forecasting and reporting to zonal heads
• Maintain and build a dealer network in respective area
• Establish, maintain and expand areas customer base.
• Visit potential and current clients in order to provide product information, answer client questions and concerns and build brand awareness
• Develop creative promotional strategies as per the estimated needs of the customers to attract more customers and to retain the existing ones
• Review and monitor performance of team members and provide requisite developmental support/ inputs.
