Requirements:
1. BE - Electrical, MBA - Marketing, or a related field (BE/MBA preferred).
2. Proven experience as a successful sales professional, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role and total experience not less than 10 years.
3. Strong knowledge of sales techniques, market dynamics, and competitor analysis.
4. Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor sales teams.
5. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
6. Proficiency in utilizing sales management software and CRM systems.
7. Ability to identify opportunities and implement effective sales strategies.
8. Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset.
9. Willingness to travel extensively.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Sales strategies and action plans to manage sales targets of the Hyderabad region.
2. Monitor sales performance metrics, prepare and analyze sales reports to track progress
3. Identifying potential customers and manage key OEM conversions
4. Business development and sales activities of the entire product basket
5. Competitor activities - to monitor and provide feedback to HO
6. Conduct business development activities, generate new leads, sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and customer conversions.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product improvement/development.
8. Provide strong leadership and guidance to the sales team.
9. Evaluate sales team performance, provide regular feedback, and implement training or coaching programs to enhance sales capabilities.
10. Stay updated with industry trends, market dynamics, innovative approaches and product knowledge, continuously enhancing personal and professional skills
