Digital Product Operations

We are seeking an Digital Product Operations to oversee and optimize digital platforms, including our B2B application, that support critical business functions. This role focuses on ensuring seamless data exchange between systems that drive sales, logistics, customer excellence, and market intelligence .

Must have Experience in digital operations or business process management, with a focus on sales, logistics, and customer excellence. .

Key Skills:

• Understanding of data flow, data structure, and data models
• Proficiency in Advanced Excel, Word Documents, and PowerPoint (PPT).
• Familiarity with SAP, DB2, SQL, and Power BI is a plus.
• Analytical mindset for driving improvements based on customer feedback and market data.
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.

Good to Have:

• Experience creating dashboards with Power BI or similar tools, and knowledge of AI/ML
• Exposure to Agile methodologies, including sprint planning, backlog management, and issue resolution
