Job Description

Role Overview

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in expanding our market presence in the cement sector. From managing partner networks to building strong customer relationships, youll be instrumental in driving sales growth and cementing our brand as a leader in AI-driven manufacturing solutions.

Key Responsibility

  • Sales Excellence: Consistently meet and exceed sales, collection, and receivable targets for the region.
  • Market Growth: Identify untapped markets, create awareness, and build a strong market presence.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Directly engage with key customers, ensuring satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
  • Market Analysis: Stay ahead of the curve by analyzing competition, industry trends, and customer needs.
  • Reporting & Insights: Maintain accurate call trackers, visit reports, and submit weekly market performance updates to leadership.
  • Promotion & Campaign Execution: Plan and execute marketing initiatives to boost sales and brand awareness in the region.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work seamlessly with internal teams to ensure operational alignment and business success.
  • Adaptability: Take on additional tasks or projects as required by management.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, pricing guidelines, ethical sales practices, and contractual obligations while resolving disputes effectively.

Key Requirements Experience

  • 10+ years of experience selling product/services to the cement industry, with expertise in building plant networks and driving revenue growth
  • In-depth knowledge of the cement market and a strong network with cement plants across Northern and Southern India
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities; proficient in CRM tools, reporting systems, and analytics
  • Bachelors degree in business, Sales, or Marketing
  • Results-driven, customer-focused, proactive, and adaptable.
