Job Description

Overview: The Sales Executive plays a pivotal role in driving the revenue generation process of our organization in Mumbai. This position is crucial for establishing and nurturing lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and positioning our product offerings effectively. The Sales Executive is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, conducting market research, and providing insights that guide strategic decision-making. With the fast-paced changes in the Mumbai market, the Sales Executive will ensure our organization stays ahead through proactive engagement with potential and existing clients. This role is vital for achieving sales targets and contributing to the overall growth and success of the company. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in sales and will thrive in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Initiate and maintain relationships with potential clients to expand the customer base.
Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and trends.
Understand client needs and develop tailored solutions.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations.
Negotiate contract terms and conditions effectively.
Follow up on leads generated from marketing initiatives.
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the companys products and services.
Track sales performance metrics and report to management.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field.
Proven experience in sales or customer service roles.
Strong knowledge of sales principles and practices.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
Results-driven with a track record of achieving sales targets.
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with the Mumbai market and customer base.
Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
Fluency in English; proficiency in local languages is a plus.
