Inside Sales Coordinator

Role & responsibilities

• Lead Generation: Identify potential customers through research, cold calls, and online platforms, introducing them to company products/services.
• Client Engagement: Communicate effectively with prospects to understand their needs, provide solutions, and build long-term relationships.
• Follow-up: Ensure consistent follow-ups with prospects to keep them engaged and move them through the sales funnel.
• CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales progress in the CRM system.

Specific skills/ Personal attributes

Preferably having worked in Adhesives/Sealants segments; alternatively having experience in allied industries like Plywood, Glass, and Hardware segments.
