J O B P U R P O S E :
To Support the business by building brand across the market and create visibility. We are seeking a Marketing Manager to
design and execute comprehensive communication strategies for our brand or business line. This role will focus on
enhancing brand recognition and establishing a unified brand voice. The ideal candidate will have exceptional
communication skills and the ability to creatively convey our company's messages. Additionally, you will oversee the
development and management of marketing collateral, communications, and public relations efforts for the brand.
P R I N C I P A L A C C O U N T A B I L I T I E S : ( B U S I N E S S / P E O P L E / C U S T O M E R / P R O C E S S )
• Create and implement complete brand communication strategies to increase brand recognition, reputation, and
engagement.
• Oversee advertising initiatives, creative development, overall internal and external brand communication &
coordination with creative agency.
• Work with the PR team to drive media coverage and create relevant content via coordinating with internal
stakeholders.
• Ensure that all marketing collaterals adheres to brand requirements, consistently representing the companys visual
identity, tone, and messaging.
• Engaging with timely Market research agencies to drive Brand barometer study, customer insights and marketing
effort effectiveness.
• Ability to create and implement integrated marketing communication strategy across several and touchpoints.
• Conduct and analyze market research to understand consumer behaviour, market trends, and competitive
landscape.
• Track the performance of brand initiatives using key metrics and analytics tools, and adjust strategies based on
performance data.
Years of work experience:
5 years 8 years
Job Knowledge/Work Experience:
• Excellent written and spoken communication abilities, as well as the ability to generate captivating
and convincing messages for a wide range of target groups.
• Ability to create and implement integrated marketing communication strategy across several and
touchpoints.
• Experience in Brand Campaigns minimum 5 years4. Preferably from building/construction material
brands/similar brands – Brand/Marcom experience.
Skillsets:
• Develop and execute brand strategies.
• Maintain and enhance brand identity.
• Multitasking & continual improvement approach
• Handle media relations and communication.
• Use feedback to refine brand strategies.
• Conduct market research and analysis
Education (Preferred Degree):
Mandatory – Any graduate with MBA (Known Institute preferred).
