Store Manager

Responsibilities

Manage the overall operations of the stores, ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of a wide range of goods Understand taxation, budgeting, and payment plans.

- Conduct vendor reconciliation.

- Procure from the local market.

- Demonstrate negotiation capabilities.

Requirements

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite- Excel, Word...

- Proficiency in operating SAP / Tally is required.

- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.

Education

- B.Tech/BBA/B.Com/B.Sc/Masters in Mechanical, Accounts & Finance or any related discipline.

Key Skills

- Knowledge of spares for Heavy Earth Moving Machinery such as excavators, dozers, graders, tippers, surface miners, etc., from OEMs like Hitachi, CAT, Komatsu, Bharat Benz, Volvo, Eicher, Wirtgen, etc.

- Oversee the inspection of incoming goods to ensure quality and compliance with specifications.

- Prepare and analyse reports on inventory levels, consumption, and discrepancies

Working Conditions

- This position is based near the site with free accommodation provided.

- The role may require occasional travel to supplier locations.
