Assistant Store Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle manpower effectively by allocating tasks and providing guidance to team members.
  
• Ensure compliance with GRN (Goods Received Note) procedures.
  
• Manage store operations, including inventory management, material requirement planning, and floor management.
  
• Oversee store keeping, ensuring accurate stock levels and efficient storage.
  
• Implement FIFO (First In First Out) and MRP (Material Requirement Planning) systems for optimal inventory control.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 8-12 years of experience in store management or related field from manufacturing industry.
  
• Bachelor's degree in Any Specialization.
  
• Strong skills in store operations, store management, inventory management, floor management, store planning, inventory control, material requirement planning, FIFO, MRP, GRN.
