Position Details:

• Position Title:- Store Manager
• Entity:- ELS
• Job Location:- Lubumbashi, Central Africa

Contract Terms

The contract is for 4 years. After completing 2 years of employment, you are entitled to 30 days paid leave to visit India with return air tickets and then rejoin the company for the remaining 02 years.

The company deducts your one months salary on a pro-rata basis as a Security Deposit in 24 months and refunds back to you on return back from leaves.

(E.g. If your Monthly Salary is Rs.24000/- So 24,000/- will be deducted on a pro-rata basis in 24 months [24000/24 = 1000]. Hence Your Net Salary will be 23000/- Per Month )
