Job Day: Mon to Fri Job Time: US Shift (08:00 PM to 05:00 AM)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage the overall financial accounting and reporting activities.
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements in accordance with US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Supervise the bookkeeping function, including monitoring and reviewing the recording of financial transactions, general ledger maintenance, and reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local tax regulations, including the preparation and filing of tax returns (income tax, sales tax, property tax, etc.).
• Stay up to date with changes in tax laws and regulations and proactively communicate and implement any necessary adjustments to the company's tax strategies and processes.
• Develop and implement internal controls and procedures to safeguard company assets and maintain the accuracy and integrity of financial data.
• Provide guidance and support to the accounting team, including training, mentoring, and performance evaluations.
• Perform financial analysis, identify areas for cost reduction or process improvement, and make recommendations to senior management.

Preferred candidate profile

• B. Com/M. Com/MBA-Finance/CA Inter
• For New Jersey USA: US Visa will be required
• 5 to 15 years of experience in Finance & Accounts has strong Basic Accounting Knowledge
• Knowledge and understanding of US GAAP
• Experience in US Payroll / US Tax/ US Bookkeeping will be an added advantage
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient skills in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
• Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable
