Desired Candidate Profile

• Requirement for internal group companies.
• Qualified B. Com or M. Com Graduate.
• Candidate having experience in US Accounting for at least 2 to 3 years.
• Having well-versed knowledge of MS Office skills.
• Candidate should be well versed with software such as Xero, QuickBooks, or any related Cloud Software.

Role & responsibilities

• Knowledge of Financial Statement Preparation and Review of financial statements for various engagements (Notice to Reader / Review Engagement) for different organization types (Corporations, Trust, Partnerships, Non-profit organizations, Proprietorship)
• Setting up Client Books.
• Independently handling client queries, helping team members, managing team queries, and assigning work.
• Recording and processing Purchase/Sales/Payroll/Bank Entries/Bank Reconciliation/Journals. Assisting clients with Audit requirements.
• Reviewing Books (Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly)
• Preparing Financial statements (Monthly/ Quarterly) as per client requirements.
• Communicating and solving queries with Clients on Call/Email whenever required.
• Training to New Joiners or Juniors regarding the work process.
• Handling daily accounting activities. Preparing and filling. Training provided to New Joiners.
• Solving Work related queries of Colleagues or new joiners.
• Drafting monthly reports: - Profit and Loss & Balance sheet.
• Preparing Weekly reports: - Cash, Credit Card, Third Party, and sending to clients on a weekly basis.
• Communicating with clients whenever required. Monthly/Periodic Financial Review

Location - Coimbatore

Shift Time - 2pm - 9pm
