Role Overview:
The HR Generalist will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth HR operations across the organization. This role requires a dynamic individual capable of managing Background Verification, onboarding processes, data analytics & reports, maintaining operational flow, coordinating performance reviews, handling grievances, and ensuring compliance.
Qualification:
- Bachelors/Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR generalist roles, preferably in the education or service industry.
- Comprehensive knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.

5. Data Interpretation
Key Responsibility:
1. Operations:
- Coordinate attendance management, including data collation, correction, and approvals.
- Handle HR operations such as offer letters, CTC breakups, promotions, transfers, and relieving letters.
- Maintain accurate employee records and generate reports for decision-making.
- Collaborate with teams on policy implementation and budget planning.
2. Performance Review Management:
- Share employee performance data with HODs for monthly reviews.
- Evaluate shared data, prepare performance reports, and secure management approval.
- Share increment details with employees and process confirmations/probation extensions.
- Implement IP Policy and manage PIP issuance if required.
3. Data Analytics & Report:
- Create various HR reports based on AI / Power BI (good to have)
- Evaluate shared data, prepare performance reports
3. Engagement and Grievance Handling:
- Serve as the SPOC for employee queries and concerns.
- Ensure clear communication and transparent resolution of grievances.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and budget approvals.
4. Change Management:
- Conduct SWOT analyses for proposed changes.
- Pilot changes and prepare review reports for HODs and management.
- Act as the SPOC for data transfer and vendor coordination.
5. Exit Process:
- Oversee the separation process, including resignation/termination compliance.
- Conduct exit interviews and manage clearance formalities.
- Update records, deactivate accounts, and process BGV checks.
6. HR Compliances:
- Ensure compliance with PF/ESIC/Maternity/Gratuity and other legal formalities.
- Collaborate with consultants and the legal team for document preparation.
- Serve as the SPOC for compliance-related queries and timely resolutions.
