Job Description

Sahayog Hospitals is looking for an experienced Sr. Manager / Manager - Human Resources to join our growing HR team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent management, recruitment, performance management systems, training & development, HRMS, and HR operations. This role is pivotal in enhancing the hospitals human resource capabilities and fostering a productive and engaged workforce.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Management: Drive talent acquisition strategies, managing recruitment for various hospital departments, ensuring the selection of qualified candidates in alignment with organizational needs.
  • Performance Management Systems (PMS): Oversee and implement PMS, setting objectives, conducting appraisals, and providing feedback to support employee growth and performance.
  • Training & Development (T&D): Identify training needs and organize development programs to improve employees' skills, competencies, and overall hospital performance.
  • HRMS & HR Operations: Efficiently manage HRMS, ensuring accurate records and streamlined HR processes such as payroll, attendance, and employee benefits.
  • Employee Engagement & Retention: Develop strategies to engage employees, enhance satisfaction, and reduce turnover. Conduct employee surveys and implement improvement plans.
  • HR Analytics & MIS: Analyze HR data to derive insights for improving HR functions, and ensure timely reporting of key HR metrics to senior leadership.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws, hospital policies, and statutory regulations, maintaining compliance in all HR processes.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Education: MBA/PGD in Human Resources (Essential).
  • Experience: 7-15 years of post-MBA/PGD experience in HR, preferably within the hospital or healthcare sector.
  • Key Skills:
    • Expertise in talent management, recruitment, performance management systems, training, and development.
    • Proficiency in HRMS and HR operations management.
    • Strong experience in HR analytics, MIS reporting, and data-driven decision-making.
    • Knowledge of labor laws and compliance regulations.
    • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to handle HR challenges in a dynamic healthcare environment.
