Job Description

Sahayog Hospitals is seeking a skilled and dynamic DGM / AGM - Finance & Accounts to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be a Chartered Accountant with extensive experience in M&A, funding, banking, investments, financial management, and risk management within the healthcare industry. This is a strategic leadership role that will be responsible for ensuring the financial health and growth of the organization.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A): Lead and manage M&A transactions, including due diligence, negotiations, and integration, to support the hospitals growth strategy.
  • Funding & Banking: Oversee funding strategies and maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions to secure necessary capital for operations and expansion.
  • Investments Management: Manage and assess investment opportunities to maximize returns and ensure the hospital’s long-term financial stability.
  • Due Diligence: Conduct financial due diligence for potential acquisitions, partnerships, or investments, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Financial Management: Develop and implement financial strategies, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning to ensure sustainable financial health.
  • Financial Control & Risk Management: Establish and monitor financial controls to mitigate risk, ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations and policies.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Provide accurate and timely financial reporting to the senior leadership team, with insights into financial performance and strategic recommendations.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Education: Chartered Accountant (CA) (Essential).
  • Experience: 5-12 years of post-CA experience in finance and accounts, with a focus on M&A, funding, banking, investments, financial management, and risk management.
  • Key Skills:
    • Expertise in mergers, acquisitions, due diligence, and financial modeling.
    • Strong knowledge of financial regulations, controls, and risk management.
    • Experience in securing and managing funding, investments, and banking relationships.
    • In-depth understanding of financial management, budgeting, and reporting.
    • Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
    • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, healthcare-oriented environment.
