Payroll Executive

Educational Qualifications: Bachelors degree or masters is Human Resources Management

Experience: At least 4+years experience in managing a payroll function

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing payroll data.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to meet multiple and competing deadlines.
• Proficient computer skills, including experience with payroll software and MS Excel.
• Knowledge in Payroll process and reports.
• Fair knowledge in Income Tax act, Provident fund and other labor compliances.
• They must have handled 2000+ employees data.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Verifying all the variable payroll components and preparing consolidated reports.
• Uploading payroll inputs in the Payroll software / tool.
• Uploading payments in corporate banking portal and forward for verification.
• Verifying payroll reimbursement documents and Verifying Income tax proof documents.
• submitting report to manager.
• Maintain and document all payroll related documents.
• Resolving any payroll discrepancies or issues, including addressing employee questions.
• Responsible for the overall compliance health of the organization.

Work Mode : Work from Office

Location : Banglore ( AMR tech park)
