Corporate Human Resource Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective HR strategies to drive business growth, employee engagement, and talent development.
  
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding new hires.
  
• Design and deliver training programs to enhance skills of employees across various levels.
  
• Analyze performance data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and develop action plans to address them.
  
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design competency frameworks, job descriptions, and KPIs.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 6-9 years of experience in corporate HR or related field.
  
• Strong understanding of best practices in HR operations including recruitment, performance management system (PMS), organizational development (OD), succession planning & talent management.
  
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills with ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.
