Recruiter Specialist

Roles and Responsibilities

• Source top talent through various channels such as social media, job boards, employee referrals, and internal databases.
  
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate fit for open positions.
  
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide them with qualified candidates.
  
• Ensure timely communication with both clients (hiring managers) and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  
• Maintain accurate records of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and perform regular reporting on recruitment metrics.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 4-6 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  
• Strong understanding of headhunting techniques to identify highly skilled professionals.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective orientation sessions with new hires.
  
• Ability to source candidates from diverse sources including LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals, etc.
